We buy from the farm, not the spot market. Long-standing grower relationships across both hemispheres let us keep every category in season, somewhere, all year round.
Anonymous spot buying is cheap until the season turns. We invest in the growers instead — agreeing varieties, volumes and harvest windows before the season starts, auditing the farms, and standing by allocations when the market gets tight.
That direct line is what lets us promise continuity. When a Northern-Hemisphere crop runs short, we already have Southern-Hemisphere volume contracted and moving.
A representative view of our active origins. Northern and Southern hemisphere programmes overlap so supply never stops.
… and 18 further origins across Latin America, the Mediterranean basin, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
A simplified view of how Northern and Southern sourcing overlap to keep core lines available 12 months a year.
Oct–May from Spain, Egypt, Morocco & Turkey; Jun–Sep from South Africa, Argentina & Peru.
Jul–Dec from the Mediterranean; Dec–May from Peru, Chile, South Africa & Brazil.
Year-round through rotating origins: Peru, Colombia, South Africa, Kenya & Spain.
European CA/ULO stock through spring, then Southern-Hemisphere new crop from Mar–Aug.
Sourcing is a two-way relationship. The farms we work with stay with us because the partnership is worth keeping.
Tell us the line and the market — we’ll match it to the right grower.
